The Medical Support project focused on creating a complete line of sustainable packaging for multiple orthopedic and medical support products. The aim was to design packaging that communicates professionalism and trust while reducing environmental impact through eco-friendly materials and efficient layouts. Each packaging solution was paired with realistic 3D models of the products, ensuring consistency across the brand’s identity and providing versatile assets for both retail and digital use.

Challenge
Develop sustainable, informative packaging for a new range of orthopaedic medical support braces entering the healthcare markets of the UAE and Lebanon. The challenge was to create a packaging system that clearly communicated product purpose, benefits, and application areas while competing with established industry leaders such as Bauerfeind and ACE.
Objective
Create a trusted, user-friendly packaging experience that helps consumers quickly identify the correct support product before they read detailed instructions. Using the existing brand identity as a foundation, I combined extensive product research, medical references, and anatomically accurate 3D visualisations to improve communication, strengthen consumer confidence, and establish a professional healthcare presence.
Results
Designed a complete packaging system supported by custom 3D product models and human anatomy visualisations created in Blender. Each orthopaedic support was modelled with precise materials, textures, and anatomical placement indicators, allowing consumers to instantly understand product application and benefits. The resulting 3D assets became the foundation for packaging, social media campaigns, OOH advertising, collateral materials, and editorial content, helping build trust, improve product recognition, and position the new product line competitively within the healthcare market.
